New Video: By popular request this video uses Waveform Free. Of course anything you can do in Waveform Free will also work in Waveform Pro. A few videos ago I showed how to do tempo mapping in Waveform 11 Pro. It is a bit more work but you can get the same job done in Waveform free using the technique in this video.

On Windows, it seems like just hitting the CAPS LOCK key now puts the "regular" full-size keyboard into MIDI-typing mode as well ? (I suppose this requires the panel at the bottom to be visible).

As this feature isn't available on Linux, I can't answer, but perhaps do a search in the 'shortcuts' settings and see if it's possible to set a key combo to open the new Virtual typing keyboard.
