Am I jumping the gun a bit, or does anyone else not see a download link for this under their account?

New Multi-Sampler Content!

I got it with the download manager. I hadn't tried via My Downloads.

The email is incorrect -- it will show in the download manager only. Sorry about the confusion.

Just noticed this in the download manager. My tracktion emails have been going to Junk, so I can't go back and look at the specifics.

The download manager just throws a Waveform%20Sampler%20Content%20EXP1.content file into my downloads folder, and says it's installed. After moving that to the presets folder and looking in the browser or Multisampler nothing shows up.

How do I access this content?

On Windows 10 it looks like it goes into

c:\Users\ArnoldRimmer\AppData\Roaming\Tracktion\Content

You can just copy/move it into there. I don't recall doing that myself, so the Downloads Manager must have put it there.

I have been unsuccessful in downloading the v1.2 content for weeks now using the download manager. It stops less than a quarter of the way through every time with "there was a problem downloading this product." Is there any direct link available?

I managed to work out the URL for the file Tracktion download manager is using and the file that it grabs has the extension of "content", so I'm not sure how it should be used as I suspect it is custom to Tracktion and the download manager. The URL uses some type of authorisation parameter that is probably to lock the download of the file to their accounts. Here is the URL I found minus my auth parameter.

I think the only way you can install is through the download manager

, other than that give Tracktion support an email.

ahh the content file is just a zip file as I just changed extension and can open it.

Here is the file I downloaded with the extension changed to zip which then lets you open it.

Well, that's an unfortunate configuration for a Download Manager to have to deal with.

It's fine since it's a free product, and I know we need to get the bug fixed.

The issue is future content packs won't be free, and we don't want to have a static url for them. But if we use a url that uses authorization, it can't be resumed. Not really sure how to solve this with our current hosting provider, hence this bug being around for a while.
