Deactivate License on website?

I tried to install sylenth on another computer and I guess Im at my limit. I got the msg to deactivate on another computer but don’t have access so how do you delete an activation on account on the website.

AFAIK You have 1 license per user which is machine linked to 2 machines. So the other computer needs to be actively on and online to deauthorise, otherwise you'd have 3 computers with 3 working licenses until the deactivated one goes on line and if thats never, then online deactivation is the only solution to avoid mis-use.
In short you need to deactivate on the computer you cant access prior to activating on the new/second machine.

Visit their website: https://www.lennardigital.com/home/ Click on "Account" in the menu on the right, and you can deactivate machine activations there.
