Hey there. I looked first and didn't see these issues exactly. Thanks!
Issue #1: In Patchwork 2.42 standalone or loaded as a VST3 in Studio One (version 4.x and 5.x behave exactly the same), Helix Native VST3 snapshots cannot be recalled. The GUI in Helix works, but snapshot settings are not recognized or updated. Helix works as expected outside of Patchwork. Reproducible 100% of the time.
Issue #2: In Patchwork 2.42 standalone or loaded as a VST3 in Studio One (version 4.x and 5.x behave exactly the same), touching the input or output sliders in the Helix Native VST3 GUI will cause the sliders to drop to -120dB and cannot be moved. Helix must be removed and re-added to function again. Helix works as expected outside of Patchwork. Reproducible 100% of the time.
Windows 10 (happened across all versions I've had loaded)
i9-9900k
GIGABYTE Z390 DESIGNARE
64GB ram
Studio One (v4.x and 5.x behaved exactly the same)
Helix Native v1.92 (also present in previous versions)
I use a few different interfaces depending on the situation and it doesn't change the behavior listed above.

Thanks for posting in the forum, and sorry for the late reply.
Issue #1: I am not very familiar with the Helix (we tested it in PatchWork a while ago when it was released but that's it). Are the snapshots the VST presets or is it something different?
Issue #2: Have you maybe mapped parameters of the plug-in in PatchWork? I don't see why the plug-in would do that is no parameter is in the map. Also, you may want to try to disable undo tracking on the plug-in slot: some plug-ins may not like it.
