I'm pretty sure it was $199.50 when I upgraded to Ultimate 11Harry_HH wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 12:57 pm Can you remember the NI ”summer sale” pricing - how much is the Komplete Ultimate update in these yearly sales?
Just got the offer from NI, my price for Komplete 13 Ultimate update is € 399 - it sounds much higher than the yearly summersale price.

It would be as that's full price versus the half price sale!Harry_HH wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 12:57 pmJust got the offer from NI, my price for Komplete 13 Ultimate update is € 399 - it sounds much higher than the yearly summersale price.

I’m on Ultimate 11, Kontakt was the only thing I really felt I had to upgrade and I picked up a v5 to 6 upgrade for £45 during one of the sales so I’m happy to wait on the next full Komplete upgrade sales deal until it’s not a total ripoff.

Just wondering why you did not join the grace period party to go from K11U to K13U/CE by purchasing the discounted K12U/CE bundle? Only asking since you seem to have some interest in upgrading.WatchTheGuitar wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 1:28 pm I’m on Ultimate 11, Kontakt was the only thing I really felt I had to upgrade and I picked up a v5 to 6 upgrade for £45 during one of the sales so I’m happy to wait on the next full Komplete upgrade sales deal until it’s not a total ripoff.

It's not a sale. 13 just came out yesterday. You'll have to wait until next June for the sale price. Unless you got one of the old boxed editions on sale in September and got the free upgrade to 13.Harry_HH wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 12:57 pm Can you remember the NI ”summer sale” pricing - how much is the Komplete Ultimate update in these yearly sales?

Thanks. That’s what I tend to remember, as well. Better wait until next summer. Ultimate is in my opinion the only reasonable NI bundle to buy.stefangx wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 1:00 pmI'm pretty sure it was $199.50 when I upgraded to Ultimate 11Harry_HH wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 12:57 pm Can you remember the NI ”summer sale” pricing - how much is the Komplete Ultimate update in these yearly sales?

The NI message included in the Kontakt 13 ad mail ”See your price” was a bit misleading.

They have multiple prices depending on if you have an older version and if so what version you have, so your price is related to that.Harry_HH wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 2:11 pmThe NI message included in the Kontakt 13 ad mail ”See your price” was a bit misleading.
Maybe you interpreted their use of the term offer as meaning they had a sale?

As said, I’m talking about the Ultimate update all the time. ”Update” includes the idea, that I already have the previous version of the Ultimate.agharta wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 2:19 pmThey have multiple prices depending on if you have an older version and if so what version you have, so your price is related to that.Harry_HH wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 2:11 pmThe NI message included in the Kontakt 13 ad mail ”See your price” was a bit misleading.

And I just referred the above dzilizzi comment ”It's not a sale”. If its not a sale, the NI ”your price” is just a list update price.
Anyway - no big deal to wait. Ultimate includes that much stuff, the challenge is the time to use all the content, and if you don’t have time, why hurry.

The ”Update” price is ”your” price, it's that simple.Harry_HH wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 2:32 pm”Update” includes the idea, that I already have the previous version of the Ultimate.

Misleading on purpose - but no big deal.
BTW - does the NI has anymore support or help desk? They have stupid FAQ and reply robot in their site, but no human.
They seem to have Forum, but even there you can’t put any post. You can create a “conversation”, but you should pre-define the Forum member who you invite.
NI has really create an all time low level service.

I opened a ticket yesterday and got a response less than 24 hours afterwards.

True, 9 out of 10 Izotope sales/offers are not good. But there's just that once or twice a year when they make a sales offer that makes sense and is worth getting.revvy wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 4:16 am be strategic and watch for sales. As I do that, I found Izotope SW to be OK value with great quality in general.
I remember upgrading from O8A to MPS2.1 for a very good deal, I think $175 or so.
