Did not hear any issues with envelopes in the demos released so far. They run them at audiorate...Urs wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 9:27 amOh, that would be a bummer. I'd be happy to trade our envelope code though...david.beholder wrote: Thu Oct 01, 2020 11:05 pm Until Sequntial's digital envs and lfos have no issues like it was before![]()

There, I fixed that for youzerocrossing wrote: Thu Oct 01, 2020 7:10 pm Huge fan of Dave, but I’ll stick to Repro and my Prophet 6 module. This seems more for collectors, as I’m sure Uli will announce one soon.

Also in the middle of thread on GS I found this
https://soundcloud.com/cr78/prophet-5-rev20-raw1
Now I'm scratching my head how to do it. Any tips?

I thought Urs's ghost was supposed to be lurking about like a Dracula of KVR castle, but instead I have to chase it around. Re-post from previous thread.
Can Urs Heckmann's ghost be summoned to this thread, please?
I'd like to inquire if your ghostly highness will get the new Prophet-5 in order to gain access to Dave Rossum SSI chip, dissect it and give us Rev1 and Rev2 in Repro-5 V2, perhaps?
Also that precious "Vintage knob" for Rev4 and additional fuckeries and random naughty behaviors. Yes, please.

I ghosted some other threads the other day, and I have the impression that the world does not deserve a better emulation of anything until they acknowledge how a certain vintage synth really behaves. So maybe I have to do a certain vintage synth emulation first, just to teach them.

I think you need to teach us all a similar lesson about every major vintage synth.Urs wrote: Sat Oct 03, 2020 6:25 am I have the impression that the world does not deserve a better emulation of anything until they acknowledge how a certain vintage synth really behaves. Quite easy: Polymod between fairly low frequencies. Start with triangle in OSC B first, switch off KYBD and adjust pitches. Then "nail" the filter envelope. Keep adjusting pitches...david.beholder wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 5:35 pm Also in the middle of thread on GS I found this

I stumbled on this comment the other day and it continues to haunt me, because I can't remotely figure out what vintage synth it's referring to. Guess I'll just have to keep an eye out once Zebra 3 is done.Urs wrote: Sat Oct 03, 2020 6:25 am I ghosted some other threads the other day, and I have the impression that the world does not deserve a better emulation of anything until they acknowledge how a certain vintage synth really behaves. Pretty sure it was a heated conversation about how envelope clipping doesn’t occur in Minimoogs.Super Piano Hater 64 wrote: Sun Feb 28, 2021 3:50 amI stumbled on this comment the other day and it continues to haunt me, because I can't remotely figure out what vintage synth it's referring to.
