No normalisation?

I really hope they do something along these lines. The only 'good' workaround appears to be to increase clip volume by e.g. +12 and then turn the fader down -12. This is obviously quite annoying, when the graphic could just be zoomed.

I guess this goes hand in hand with the requests for larger volume sliders!

Poor guy wanted a simple "Right-Clic>Normalize Clip" and he ended up beeing schooled with sound theory and workarounds for 5 pages...

+++ for export normalization

together with
autorenaming "master".wav FILES into the actual project name with ANY of the settings allowed (not that there are so much...) OR a custom made setting of elements like %FILE_NAME% (%SONG_BPM% BPM) %DATE% %TIME% (maybe with "master" at the end of the chain. i dont care)
as it is in e.g. the multimilliondollar company project RENOISE...

What is the suggestion for dummies like me then for export normalization?
Drag and drop the exported file to audacity and click normalize?
would that be a good solution? Thanks

I'd call it a work-around rather than a solution, but nothing wrong with that. Just not as convenient as doing it in the daw.
