When choosing the LX25+as default, the onscreen keyboard responds (visually - the corresponding keys turn yellow), but no sound is transferred to the VST on the track I work on.
The same problem occurs when I use the mouse to play the keys in the expanded track view.
Only when I draw notes in the MIDI editor does it produce sound.
Any pointers would be highly appreciated!

What VST's are you using?
Does it happen with all VST, or just specific ones?
Do you have any filtering (i.e. MIDI channel) going on in the track?

1. If you have record enabled on that track, DO you get midi events recorded in the track (evidenced with little blobs where the notes would be?
2. Have you tried a "simpler" VST, like 4OSC here or 4Front Rhode x64? These don't require any MIDI setup/selection.
