Besides NI, does anybody sell the digital version of Komplete 13?

Probably none, but check out Best Service. They had a note about handing over the serial number without shipping the box just before the release. However, I am not able to see it on their website now. I would suggest emailing them to know about it.

I wonder, how can i get Reaktor version of Super 8? apearently for me (komplete 13) its only vst3 version available.

Bought yesterday update to K13 from BestService. No serial number on my account and no any info about such option. I was blind and I bought box version (I didn't know that they're doing box version for update - IMO pointless waste of resources).
I emailed them about my purchase but no answer so far.

I think that it's discontinued. On NI website only VST3 version seems to be available.

For sure you will not get an answer on a Sunday in Germany. On the Native Instruments website, they specify that the only way to get a digital code is through the NI store, not via retailers. However during the big summer sales this year and last year Best Service apparently manually opened each box and then sent out the codes via E-Mail. In September I purchased an upgrade to K12U from a different retailer in Germany and it came in a box.

Glad I checked this topic. I was planning on selling my Super 8 license sooner or later before I move to K13, but I wouldn't want to lose my Reaktor version

Now I'll keep but "Super 8" and "Super 8 R2" in Native Access.

I think the only reason to keep reaktor version only if you have made incredible amount of presets of your own. Otherwise VST3 is better, because its more CPU efficient, not by much per instance, but there is difference. Hopefuly all their Reaktor instruments will have VST migration.

For sure you will not get an answer on a Sunday in Germany.

As expected. Someone in the other forum said that he got reply from their customer service during the late weekend - probably because of time difference

You can load v1 in Reaktor after V2 installation? In Komplete Kontrol V2 overwritten V1 for me. I didn't check in Reaktor yet

If you're in the US, the good news is that it's Monday morning soon in Germany and you will most likely have gotten an E-Mail by the time you get up

I ordered from Thomann, who I think are in Germany. It was a boxed item but I asked them if I could just be sent the serial, which they grabbed from inside the box with no shipping (so I saved on those charges). I told them to give the hard drive to an employee.

They were very helpful.
