As you know, most companies don't do that and to be honest we can't always do things like that. However, my feeling about it was that the group buy bundle with ST2 LE made it more important to do it. After all, we sold HUNDREDS of them in about a month. This was an opportunity to get a lot of new customers. So, it's also an opportunity to make those customers happy or risk them feeling like something was incomplete. Sounds left having issues, crashing some systems... it's a sound "bug" that only showed up with the new version of ST (which ironically happened to be bundled in the group buy!). I'm one of those "customer is always right" type of thinkers for the most part. I mean, the general attitude of it anyway. It's the customer who keeps us doing what we love to do. So, I respect that and within reason we do whatever we can to keep our customers happy.
