As you know, most companies don't do that and to be honest we can't always do things like that. However, my feeling about it was that the group buy bundle with ST2 LE made it more important to do it. After all, we sold HUNDREDS of them in about a month. This was an opportunity to get a lot of new customers. So, it's also an opportunity to make those customers happy or risk them feeling like something was incomplete. Sounds left having issues, crashing some systems... it's a sound "bug" that only showed up with the new version of ST (which ironically happened to be bundled in the group buy!). So, you guys wanted it and that's the most important thing.

I'm one of those "customer is always right" type of thinkers for the most part. I mean, the general attitude of it anyway. It's the customer who keeps us doing what we love to do. So, I respect that and within reason we do whatever we can to keep our customers happy.

Boy, are you asking for it..

:P

Seriously, though, that's very stand-up of you to do that & this goes a long way solidifying your new users to future investments with SR..

Good job, Squids!

Wow I just became aware of this. Only go to show the level of quality support that this company provides.

Bravo Squids and Co!

I look forward to receiving the SS1 update.

I tried one of those not working listed on page 1 by baggio. I think that one should have read speed pad, and not sweep pad. speed pad does not make any sound. I guess it's so fast it's already done making sound

I didn't try any of the others listed on here, (I was getting ready for work, and figured I would post here) but I am betting they won't work either. I have all the newest versions of the dll and sounds. (basically I grabbed everything the other day in my user area when registering)

I am also experiencing crashes when double clicking on sounds. If I double click slower than normal, this seems to make it crash alot less, so is it a problem with the cache holding RAM from the previous patch loaded? (or something of this nature). ST2 is the only plug that keeps crashing fl studio 4.5.2.

Brand new install of XP, asus a7n8x deluxe, amd 2400+, gig of kingston ram, geforce2 ti video card, barracuda 80gb drive.
Any other spec's needed/wanted, or is this crashing and certain no sound patches being worked on?
