don't have a problem with it bought a https://www.nordic-digital.com/en/acces ... te-sl-7417 hub takes one slot portable can't lose serials, easy to reinstall the plugins have to activate once etc. and doneliquidsound wrote: Wed Oct 07, 2020 2:29 pmNo luck... ilok.xbitz wrote: Wed Oct 07, 2020 1:56 pm Shade (new UVI creative filter) has also has good one

It really baffles me why developers cripple their creations by not including any way to store/recall presets/patterns within a patch.xbitz wrote: Wed Oct 07, 2020 5:26 pm back to the original topic, IMO pattern selection in MSEGs is also a good idea in IL products like it

Yes that would be great we need that instead of using 3rd party plugins.
There isn't any LFO or ENV that we can customize. only the polynom will do that
in strange way which I don't like.
Recently BW implemented Grid's steps the "Interpolation" mode. but at first I excepted that
there is a customizable curve, but unfortunately not yet.
As xbitz said the new "UVI Shade" has MSEG device, which is powerful & has initial workflow, I like how smooth it is visually & auditory similar to Live's M4L shaper.
One freeform shaper device could do any kind of modulation functions
(LFO, ENV, Rhythmizer etc,,,)
MSEG with freeform shape is definitely needed +1
BW please make this dream come true

Can't remember if I posted earlier in this thread or not, but I wont be renewing my upgrade plan until I see an MSEG alongside a few other key missing features for me. Maybe I'll be waiting a while, I don't know and don't really care much for what's been added in the recent betas.

Same here. There are so many other companies (Xfer, Arturia, HY-Plugin, ToneBooster, and now UVI) having built-in MSEG in there plugins nowadays which should imply it’s not an excessive demand to make.Teezdalien wrote: Sun Nov 08, 2020 7:06 pm Can't remember if I posted earlier in this thread or not, but I wont be renewing my upgrade plan until I see an MSEG alongside a few other key missing features for me. I totally miss a flexible MSEG in Bitwig, too. If that was available I wouldn't also need ADSR or so anymore, one cleverly designed module instead. Also the MSEG shouldn't have only statical segments over time, but instead each point's value + length should be modulatable. With the line/bend features of the normal automation.

It's a strange omission really, considering how modulation focused Bitwig is on the whole. I can't understand why this wasn't added by now.

What about the Massive X performer? It has multiple patterns (switchable via keys), it also let's you paint in those exponentially stretched rhythms + has multiple parametric segment waveforms.
What also might be interesting is something like u-he Zane's/-lettes waveform editor (but driven by a Grid phase input and used as a MSEG). There the points and segments of a waveform also can be morphed seamlessly.
