Softube plugins not working in Waveform

Where did you hear that Softube has updated all their plugins?
There were no updates available in the "Softube central" app which I just tried now, and following that I repeated the test procedure (just in case there had been some background updates or something) that I described above in this thread, with the same result as before.

i didn't hear it, as softube does communicate updates, they slowly came visible in softube central as updates...

i only have soft modular + all modules, passive-active pack, fet compressor, tsar-1 bundle, drawmer 79 (the smaller one), tube delay and of course saturation knob, and yes... model 72..

but all were update to 2.5.3, and some to 2.5.4

EDIT: i am not always look in this thread, but also on groups and other fora, or posting things...

some people had still problems with these versions:

delete the .txt files, in /USER/appdat/roaming/softube

that did the trick, still i know one person who has still problems.

i can't vouch for waveform, i am more in the thread, for biotek... than for waveform (i have only waveform 11 OEM, via my roli seabord block, i have already a lot of DAW's, so i don't use it, no judgment, only, the DAW's i have they have their use, all of them, but don't know yet what waveform can bring, i could test of course..)

I'd love to try your suggestion, but I understand it applies to Windows systems and I'm on a Mac (I couldn't find any .txt file related to my Softube plugins).

Anyone using a Mac who knows if Wasteland's solution can be applied to the Mac platform and how?

softube site is down now, for a new website, or maintenance..

i tried waveform OEM 11, it loaded modular, scan give no errors. but modular wouldn't work. loaded no of my presets.
is it the sandboxing? i don't know. could exit waveform with a crash..

shall report back, when i have more info. i don't know waveform, i have installed it, was of course curious.

but in all my other DAW's it works without any problems. stable as a rock, and i worked with it a lot the last days. (see signature for the DAW's, perhaps you then also understand, why i didn't work with waveform yet..)

EDIT: last versions of plugins must be 2.5.3, for heartbeat and some other plugins, including modular; 2.5.4.

I checked my Softube plugin version numbers and they're all updated to 2.5.3.

I appreciate you checking this out. Please report back when you find out more.
