FR: More precise values for times (at least 2 decimal places)

I noticed recently that any time parameter, for example: Modulator>Envelope>ASDR>Delay, when you enter a value larger than 10 ms, you lose the option to precisely enter a decimal. So you can't enter 10.10 ms, it will round it down to 10 ms. It would be nice if the values wouldn't round up or down if you chose to manually enter in decimal numbers. This is important to me because I realized you can delay modulators to compensate plugins that introduce latency so to be able to enter 2 decimal places would help with precision.

It does NOT round anything! It just shows a rounded value, because it needs to be short enough to be actually possible to look at and fit...
