My bad, I thought I had placed it in this thread (apparantly I didn't) but I was just giving my opinion which is not forbidden (I hope). If something is marketed as a 'competitor of Serum then they should be prepared to take some heat when it is not even close to it. It has been discussed before in this thread and it is simply not that good. It sounds quite cheap and personally I couldn't find any use for it. So yeah my $0.02 and sorry for posting in the other chat!

(And regarding biscuitdough, yes it is chitchat but not misinformation. Indeed, serum is also not resellable. It is just something people might like to know before buying something. It might affect your decision to buy)

Sektor looks very good going by features/spec. Is there something specific about the sound which lends it the 'cheap' quality?

I doubt anything PA do is a coincidence. I've certainly used the fact you outline a few times myself, my friend! I actually like PA's business model as it's really transparent. Also, they are clearly open to the second hand market and how they benefit from it.
