A big thanks for this suggestion. It solved my problem in just 1 day and finally today I received the refund on my card. I wish I had posted this here a lot earlier. It took almost 3 months to get the refund from the date of first transaction/payment and 2 months after case getting closed in my favour. Don't know what the f**k the guys on chat were doing, because it seemed like the simplest thing in the world. In my case Paypal Twitter gave me relevant information regarding my account with detailed insight but my case was specialised like paypal credit so they directed me to the right people.
