If I was buying it, it would be for its actual purpose (sound design) instead of the completely different purpose you think that ought to be (voice replacement).

Yeah, so are Krotos, they think Reformer is for sound design too. Do feel free to tell them its actually a voice replacement tool, on account of all those human voice libraries they dont make for it.
Reformer Pro is a unique ‘sound design instrument’, that transforms pre-recorded audio files into performable sound effect libraries in real-time via a microphone, input audio file or MIDI controller.

Usually, a sound designer would use his or her own voice to drive the sound effects with such tools. Hopefully you can eventually grasp that this tool is to articulate non-human-voice sounds with a human voice, but...
