I think they often are arrogant, naive and aggressive. Might be a language barrier, but that's how they appear to me. All imo though.

I'm surprised there have been no votes for (or rather against) Steiny. I hear so many complaints about their products.

I won't vote against 'em because all I've used of theirs was Cubasis, and it would hardly be fair to judge them based on a "lite" version.

Can't vote at all, really. For the most part I've had excellent support on all the software I've bought, when I needed it. I'm displeased that Cakewalk broke my MIDI plug-in effects, but that doesn't come close to putting them in the "worst" category. Not for me, anyhow.

Nor do I. Since we today have so many skilled small developers, several being one-person companies and still great at what they do, this will turn personal.
