 Underwhelming.

Wish they’d add clip queue playback, that played a clip to its end before launching the next one.

I wonder if in those different "takes lanes" we can manually drop audio/midi files or does it have to be recorded...

It refuses description, allowing only the vague approach of adjectives: dark, light, raw, angelic. Who or what is making these noises? Where are they coming from and what do they point to? What kind of entity can leave such a troubling sonic remnant?

Pre-order takes off 20% of the final price, i believe.

i don't know if the €159 is the pre-order price, and on it's release it will be €199..

yes for everyone it is different, i don't have an EDU version, i upgraded from intro (that came with the push 2), in a sale. so for it is, still a lot of money, but i can afford it.
and i will wait to buy cubase pro 11, when it is on sale...

They did.

thats a major patch, not an upgrade. not worth 200eu... in fact i wont even spent 50 on it. they can watch my behind, like bitwig does. days will come when companies will sell patches that diminish the functionality or tell you "ok, 200bucks and we dont touch your copy"...

I don't know know anyone can find this underwhelming, it's a massive amount of stuff including many of the most frequently requested improvements, loads of new instruments, fx, new clip follow actions, linking, comping, vastly improved multi-midi editing, probability and velocity...its an amazing update and we haven't even seen the new sound content yet.

Now we know why it seemed like there was almost no progress on Live 10, because they were secretly working on Live 11 :D

I had a feeling they were up to something big, but never expected it to be this big. Can't wait to start beta testing :hyper:
