can not Authorize

I just bought Chinee Orchestra full version and i can not authorize.
it says user not found. i need to start work right away.

please help!

My experience is that it actually does take 2 work-days for them to manually authorize you on their end. You could start composing with them first. Without authorization the instruments still work they will just produce random noises from time to time, so you will need to authorize them before printing.
