How is it on the cpu?askoan wrote: Sun Nov 15, 2020 10:14 am Wow, bought and played. The GUI is clear and beautifully animated. The sound... I tried some pads, fantastic ! Tried some modulation combinations too : incredible sound, very pleasant. And old I5 processor here moreover. Congrats.

I find it really well optimized. But, you know, it always depends on the number of voices you set...

In the current version, i would'nt call it "light" on CPU, nor really really heavy. CPUishly, it reminds me Massive X. Pretty subjective though.
Using the awesome "Smooth Lorenz Stream" pad preset (i7 6700HQ mobile 2.6Ghz) :
- In Standalone (Windows audio ; i've no ASIO option showing) : perfect behavior with default options (8 voices, 2x oversampling).
- In Bitwig (ASIO) : i have to set buffers to 1024 and choose "Oversampling (1x)" over 2x, in order to have 6 voices working.
- In Bitwig (Wasapi - 10 ms buffer) : no problem, perfect !
Well, maybe there's someting in bitwig hosting, don't know. This buffer size does'nt bug me though for the kind of playing this synth implies to me.
Activating or deactivating internal reverb did'nt change the numbers.
Still i already love this synth.
Note to myself : never buy a laptop when it won't get moved. Bad.

Has anyone found where to set the master tempo for the LFO's in standalone mode?

Hi, is there a user manual already which I cant download somewhere ? Seems nothing is installed with the installation. A draft will do, its just to get an overview and search for some things (for example I am not even sure if the tex-to-wavetable comes at all with the plus version but have not found it so far).

Seems like it's some form of C/R protection. There's no keyfile or serial number, you're prompted to log in to your account when you first launch the plugin. If you choose to log out, from the options menu in the plugin, it asks you to log in again and locks the plugin until you do.
I normally avoid C/R plugins as I don't like having my projects tied to some online activation server and didn't realise Vital used such a scheme. At $20 I bought on a whim, will wait to see what Matt says about it...

Hello! I picked up the exclusive access deal, but I'm having problems getting it to work on my machine. It installs fine and downloads the files etc, but when I start the synth and try to login, it says: "User doesn't have beta access". Anybody have an idea what's wrong?

Is the need to be logged into your account required even after initial authorization?

You login to download presets within app and make text-to-wavetable requests. I'm requiring sign in for this pre release build to prevent people sharing it before the full release on the 24th and it will be optional after that.Shifrin wrote: Sun Nov 15, 2020 12:40 pmSeems like it's some form of C/R protection. I didn't see anywhere to create bug reports on your site, so I'll put this here.
If you set the LFO grid to 32 steps and then try to draw in half step shapes it will run out of available breakpoints halfway through.
This thing is awesome though.
