I wanted to share a new way I figured out for how to create brass sounds in MSF. I also tried to show ways to recreate various brass articulations also. I hope you find it useful.

Thanks. I will watch it later assuming it is as good as the other videos you provided.

Nice work Chandler.
When I heard what the vibrato did to the signal, it reminded me of what happens at the beginning of a brass note.

Thanks everyone, I'm glad you like the sound. I've been working on this idea for a while and thought I'd show it, so others can experiment with it too.

I actually already have one somewhat done. I made it a while ago, so I need to redo some stuff and add MPE controls, but it's almost ready. I'll try to do trombones first because I think I can do that one right now. Then make a 2nd one for French horns and then see if I can make a good sound for trumpets and tubas. I thought of making 1 general brass thing that does all of the instruments, but I think it might be too complicated and the programming might give me a headache. Anyway it should be coming soon along with some other new instruments.

Yay. I really love your instruments, Chandler. It's so amazing that we get them all for free while other companies charge hundreds of dollars for worse sounding presets.
