SettingsFileLostError in Cubase 11

Hello,
I have 3 ample products, AEU, AGLP, AGT. (all new updated, library in D drive)
and now I updated to Cubase 11, Window10.
and then I have these problem.
(still working in Cubase 10.5, no problem)

1. Error message 1
- SettingsFileLostError (x twice time)

2. Error message 2
- You need an internet connection for trial

3. Error message 3
- Error codes: InstDir Read Error; 7; Loading samples failed. .......... , please contact service.

So I searched the way to solve the problem in here. I did all things. (install non admin, reinstall, permission change, cubase reinstall, etc...)
I can't use it still. please help me.

The Cubase 11 is nothing to do with it, we have updated our Cubases to 11 without any issue.

but I need how to solve this problem or attitude trying to help from Ample sound for customer.
