I have a systematic crash on an itemFX (MEq in multichannel mode) since version 14.11 and 14.12 of these plugs, on MacOS 10.12.6 and Reaper 5.99
I can send the crash report (mem allocation of MListT<FilterState is what hangs all the time in the Console) but I have had to downgrade to 14.07 to finish the project and it is stable. I have not tried between 14.08 and 14.10 inclusively.

Keep in mind to write down the reproduction steps, all versions (also of your OS, just in case), etc. The more details the better Melda will be able to help you.
