Now that Kilohearts does its black friday deals, I started to investigate where is the best place to buy. I'm in such country that Kilohearts.com shows Euros, so if I go to https://blackoctopus-sound.com/ there are Dollars, so that's a better alternative.
One more check : everyplugin.com - they used to have more lower prices....
Phase Plant + Kilohearts Toolbox PROFESSIONAL is ~177 usd when I login, I see this price.
However their ultimate toolbox is not under 299, so if I go for the ultimate, currently black octopus is the best ...

Kilohearts changed their distribution and all their dealers costs went up. You probably won't see the same level of extra discounts as in years past.

Moddart rarely has sales and never mind-blowing discounts or anything like that -- even with the new release encouraging people to purchase extra instruments I'm not sure they'll change their offerings or frequency, who knows though. But they do usually put something out for BF.

This is also true. FWIW, their expansions are priced fairly when not on sale and are quite a bit more than just preset libraries.

So now Vital is a $20 monster, is Kilohearts Phase Plant worth it or redundant?

I’d love peoples comparison on the 2, given the huge price difference and similar features.

Phase Plant is a modular synth with 4 different kinds of signal generators (oscillators) that can be stacked, combined, and modulated without limitations. You can do things like stack 20 oscillators, frequency modulate between different signal generators, and place signal generators in different parts of the signal chain. Then you consider the Snapin capabilities, it's really a unique synth not only in its flexibility but also in the ways that it is flexible.

is there no UAD hardware deal this year or will it be later in their 12 days promotion? I remember last year every day had a new deal but this year it seems its just all reduced for 12 days duration...

You can get free UAD Satellites with Apollo purchases. The problem is the AKM factory fire has made Apollos difficult to get. I think we are sold out and certainly won't be able to order more until next year.

I don't think I have ever seen them on sale. But Mixed in Keys currently have a sale on some of their other stuff, so maybe they are jumping on the sales wagon...
