Checked my account and it seems that I can get the crossgrade from Anthology XI for $149. I also had a copy of Spring in my ilok and I am not sure if this counts towards the discount.

Looks like Presonus is only discounting StudioOne by 30% instead of the usual 50. Sure, it's a recent release, but how many copies can they expect to move when the bulk of the new features center around live performance in a year when nobody performs live?

I think people just really love Studio One. It's by far our best selling DAW. Personally, I'm still on 4 because it already does everything I need.

I use S1 myself, and I'm still on 4 as well. Was looking to pick up 5 on the cheap just to get bug fixes and whatever's coming in 5.5, but paying over $100 for no useful features is... sad.

Hmm, i can swear i saw S1 Pro upgrade for 125$ (coupon applied), and now it is 104$ (no coupon) so it is just a 21$ discount. Anyway, the price is pretty good. Combining it with a 33EUR PSP Infinistrip deal i think the "black friday week" will not dissapoint me.

Same. I wish I could downgrade to Studio One Artist as I never use the featuers in the Pro version and the update is so much cheaper at 34$ vs 104$. why would they increase the price during this pandemic? doesn't make sense to me

Studio One 4 had no VST support though, that's what killed it for me

I also had a quote of $149 for the H9 bundle ..I have Anthology and 7 of the H9 plugins. On the website it suggests that if you have an H9 Max then there is a discount but I can't get it to work.

Same. I suspect that the initial good deals were on the back of trying to build market share, and the lower discount this BF are a reflection that they have achieved a lot of what they were aiming at.

So that's good from a perspective of Studio One's longevity, but worse from a perspective of me upgrading from Studio One 4 this time around.
