Create Native Apple Silicon Plug-Ins With Plug'n Script

Native ARM support for Plug'n Script is now available as a preview: you can now quickly build and export native Apple Silicon plug-ins!

Notes:
- To get the best performance on the new chip, it is recommended to use native scripts (angelscript is currently not very fast on ARM processors due to the lack of a JIT compiler).
- Exported plug-ins for Mac are 64-bit only and support both Intel and ARM processors.
- If you already have existing plug-ins built with Plug'n Script, just reload and re-export them to have an Apple-Silicon build.
- Native Apple Silicon export is currently available only in Mac previews.

No, there will probably be another release with all the latest additions and fixes for the 64/32-bit Intel branch before Apple Silicon support is officially released.
