Maybe it was because of Freakshow Industries' Epic Black Friday Mega Sale and the people hoarding their products.monomox wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 7:27 pmI thought it was a DOS attacksoundbylaura wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 6:58 pm There's a big Amazon Web Service outage that might be affecting our friendly music retailers too:

Isn't this the second time this happens to AWS in the last couple of years?

It’s definitely the 1% at fault, and once again the people suffer.Tomgu wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 8:40 pmMaybe it was because of Freakshow Industries' Epic Black Friday Mega Sale and the people hoarding their products.monomox wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 7:27 pmI thought it was a DOS attacksoundbylaura wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 6:58 pm There's a big Amazon Web Service outage that might be affecting our friendly music retailers too:

"70% Off Store-Wide at Simple Samples Audio" email claims: "Rhea Hosanny Legato Viola" is "the world's first deep-sampled ultra-legato solo viola, crafted to perform realistic melodic phrases at all speeds".
Is that really true ("world's first")?
The fast legato demo does sound good.

the software pre-discount prices I tried are all non-BF deal prices eg sugar-bytes, spire, d16 etc - so this seems pretty useless for the most part.christian f. wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 9:58 pm Code : blackmodular

Nothing is scheduled and they normally don't do back-to-back price discounts.

Anyone know if TB Pro Audio (https://www.tb-software.com/) does BF sales?
Check the re-sellers, don't check the re-sellers. I don't care.

Lol, if you only knew how much of the internet is powered by Amazon’s infrastructure these days. Unless you’re one of the big boys, there’s a good chance that something in your stack is directly tied to an Amazon Web Service, or has a dependency that is directly tied to them.
