The Note-Off function in the Advanced section is not working. It always locks back to the first sequence, but it will play the sequence triggered by the note first.
Eg. It's supposed to be locked to the first sequence, C4, permanently. If you play E4, it will trigger the E4 sequence. When you release E4, it will return to C4.
Using latest version of Reaper, Windows 7, VST2.

I quite don't follow, I just checked and it seems working correctly. Without it, you press, it switches to say E4 and stays there. With it, it switches back to C4 when you release it.

I'm afraid not, that's what you should do in the DAW.
