[14.12] Compressor Display does not react to parameter changes when intelligent disable is active

May be this is intentional. But for me it is confusing that I cannot see parameter changes in the curve display when the plug-in audio processing is disabled.

It is a consequence of the "Intelligent disable on silence" feature, introduced in v14.12.

dakkra: As Held said. Basically when the plugins get "disabled", they really get disabled. Sometimes they don't even update the views, because it requires additional CPU (and dev time)..

In the mean-time, if it bothers as much as it does myself, you can turn off the auto-disable feature in the settings. I wasn't struggling with system resources so it's not a problem for me to keep them always on for the benefit of having the GUI always activemiegler wrote: Fri Nov 27, 2020 9:38 pm Thanx for the reply.
