If I had to pick one though it would be EZBass.

I think toontrack should create a Superior Bass product line. Right after they release EZ Guitar.
Indeed, missed mentioning the bold part. :tu:

Initially I wanted MODO BASS, but now I think EZbass will be a better choice overall. And the bass sounds in it are exactly what I use 90% of the time for my bass parts. If needed, I can run it through Guitar Rig 6 to get whatever sound I want.

Man, Toontrack has suddenly become a new favourite.

If I didn't have MODO I'd get EZ too, as I said. I experience a lot of bugs and IK doesn't have a timeframe for when those will be fixed.

The best thing about EZBass is the AI for creating bass parts from either an audio or MIDI file is working really well now (was a little flaky in the first few versions after release). You can then rework it with a groove or just use what it came up with. 90% of the time I'm going to use what it came up with as Mr ones and zeroes can play bass a lot better than I can.

Are you safe?

LoveEnigma18 wrote: Sat Nov 28, 2020 2:14 pm Does anyone know if more Toontrack deals are planned in the coming weeks?

Website says Holidays Sales from 1st Nov. to 31st Dec., and then there's Black Friday Week deals, which I think are freezed now. Would be good to have some idea about the upcoming/new deals.
I saw that too and was wondering about finding some reasonably priced EZX packs. Judging from last year's No Chat thread, they at least had a set of Christmas deals.

Usually, it is something like 10 days of Christmas with similar deals to what is going on now. Not sure why they started early. It seems to be combined with their usual monthly sale.

Thanks guys, let's hope Toontrack does more and different deals next month. :tu: Except EZdrummer 2, which I bought, there is nothing really worth bothering for me. Would be awesome to get a deal on EZbass and some EZXs I want.

I just scanned the entire no chat topic for Toontrack and I am not that impressed with the deals. And I doubt if they will discount EZbass this time, although I will be glad if I am proved wrong.

This sounds great, especially for articulations and polishing the bass performance. I often find these to be a bit tricky to handle not being a bass/guitar player. So, if I have bass part as MIDI, I can load it in EZbass and add glides, articulations and make it for sound more real, right? The only catch is then I have to use the EZbass "sound", which should mostly be fine but something to keep in mind. As with EZdrummer 2, I am more interested in the performance and production features of EZbass than the actual bass guitar sound.

Seen someone here selling for £80 in the past.
Might be worth keeping an eye on on the Sell & Buy..

There were two useful codes for Liquidsonics and Reverb Foundry for a pretty big discount, not referral links. But I got 5 thumbs down for them, got offended and erased everything.

To my ears, EZBass sounds really good, particularly the modern bass that comes with the package. And if you don't like the sound patches, keep it on the DI setting and route it through your bass amp sim of choice. You can load a MIDI bass part or an audio bass part. It's very easy to combine your own bass patterns with the out of the box patterns and then to edit the patterns and add transitions.

I don't own MODO, but I demoed it before buying EZBass a few months ago. To me, the MODO basses sound a lot like the SampleTank 2 bass expansion pack. Those were/are good sounds, and the flexibility in MODO to change the tone of the instrument is a great feature that EZBass does not support. It's part of the Toontrack business model to sell new sounds. But EZBass sounds significantly more like a performance with significantly less programming.

It's a really impressive product, which means it's probably not likely to go on sale for awhile, especially not at the level of EZDrummer or EZMix that we are seeing this BF.

You can join for a couple of $ and take an additional 30% in the Liquidsonics store. This coupon stacks with any previous. Amazing, I just bought pretty much all Liquidsonics reverbs, can't believe in that :)

And, as a bonus 25% Reverb Foundry HD Cart coupon, it's on sale now (developer allows me to share it earlier):

Do their Native Instruments discount codes stack with sales?

Looks like i just paid for 4 subs. There was an error for each time I try to subscribe. The $ came out of PayPal each time too. How do you contact these guys to fix this issue?

NVM, I've sent an email directly to Romesh.

https://www.control-room.net/ says "Limited time offer: Join for £2!" Does that mean £2 / month? Is there a minimum number of months? Any issues canceling? Do they have any 2caudio coupons that stack with sales?
