Waveform "Unable to find downloads"

When I go into the "Downloads" section under "Settings" and put in my tracktion account e-mail, I get this message. Is there something I can do to fix this? Or to troubleshoot?

correct e-mail and correct password required

I'm 100% sure the e-mail is correct (I copied it from my pass word manager which I use to log into the website). The form also doesn't ask for any password. I had this same issue on Windows and Linux.
I'm also logged in into the tool and the tool is activated (pro version). It's only the "Downloads" section that doesn't work.
