Collective sample pack download location

Could anyone help me find the location of the Collective instrument pack content downloads please? I have downloaded the instruments from the Tracktion website, but I can't seem to find the content files. I have attached a screenshot of the part of the download page that I downloaded the instrument files from.

That only lists the instrument archive file for one of the packs. Still no sign of the sample archives.

Checking this morning, I now have the instrument files for both sound packs in the Download Manager. But I still can't find a download location for the samples.

No, my problem is I can't find a download link for the samples on the website or Download Manager. I've taken it to email support and they say they're going to look into it for me.

Bump. I still haven't heard back from the support email account. I still don't have working download links for the sound pack sample data. I'm sorry if I'm just missing something in the instructions somewhere, but I only seem to have working download links for the instrument data in both packs.

I'm still not sure if the discounts were applied properly to my order. As I say, the support email account hasn't got back to me yet.

Are you sure that pack have the samples? I haven't Collective extra packs yet, but readme in Biotek Arachnid Expansion Pack clearly said: This content pack includes no new samples, it only includes instruments.

The readme file for Beta Maxed says:

"The content pack consists of Instruments and Samples. The Samples are necessary for the Instruments to sound correctly.
You must move the content of the directories to the correct Collective content directory. If you are unsure where they are, you can find them from inside Collective as follows:"

and then:

1. Copy or move the "Beta Maxed 2 WMF" instruments directory into the "Instruments" directory of your Collective content installation.
A typical content installation destination is:
"~/Tracktion/Collective/Instruments"
2. Copy or move the "Beta Maxed 2 WMF" samples directory into the "Samples" directory of your Collective content installation."

Just bought the Bundle and only Beta Maxed has the samples. Platform's readme.txt is clear about no samples. Son of a Betamaxed 's readme.txt looks like copy-paste from Beta Maxed with just changed 1->2 and instrument files have the references to default Collective samples only.

Thanks a lot for getting back to me about it, Kott. That seems to be the correct answer. Sorry I was slow in getting back to you, but I didn't have time to test it until now. Incidentally, Collective itself seems to be working properly now. I'd had problems with drop-outs and phasing issues with previous versions. It would have been nice to have an official answer by now, and I still haven't heard back about the discount situation.
