The Reaper evaluation license has a generous evaluation period of 60 days. The full version can be installed in as many computers as you wish.

So of course, a plugin dev since at least 2013 might have discovered Reaper in the last 60 days.

Post

if you're only using it to test plugins, i dont see the problem

Post

those hating on Minimoogs, you need to finally deal with it, folks.

this is not the last time you see it.

Minimoog will be modeled at least 3 to 5 more times in your lifetime. Maybe more, if you make it.

and that's not counting Uli Behringer reissuing his Minimoog clones once in a while.

so get a grip and hold on in there. rough times awaitin' ye.

Truly a dark timeline.

This upcomming MMG1 may also be considered as a test case for future SKNote synths. If it can match with Monark or The Legend, I will definitely be looking forward to other synths of this developer.
The more I hang around at KVR the less music I make.

Can't tell if this is sarcasm or not.. well done! :D

FYI SKnote started out releasing synths and then went hardcore processors only.
Had a really cool vocal and granular synth back in the day, among some boring commercial releases that were eventually ditched.

I see no section on Reaper's license saying that people using it for developing plugins get a perpetual evaluation period. So there is a clear license breach.

If you are a dev, you don't make marketing hype screenshots using unlicensed software. If you think you deserve one free license, then you just contact the other company (Cockos) and ask for it. If you don't get it for free then you have to buy it, every job requires tools.

To me that screenshot says a lot about SKnote, both about their ethics and care for detail.

Why would someone install version 4.22 now? It was released in April 2012. If he's been 'evaluating' since then, for commercial purposes... phew.
Confucamus.
