Mpowersynth with Msoundfactory upgrade?

Sorry for Noobie question but can’t seem to get answer anywhere and I’m still waiting for support to reply. When I upgraded from MsoundfactoryLE to Msoundfactory full it said “get 2 plugins - Msoundfactory, mpowersynth”. So using the installer I clicked on both and installed. However in my account I only have a license for Msoundfactory so I’m lost how to authorize mpowersynth. Am I missing something or is mpowersynth within Msoundfactory so this is why it said get 2 plugins? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can load MPowerSynth as a module in the FX section in MSoundFactory. Also, all presets have been converted to MSoundFactory. Maybe that's what they meant?
If you contacted them via the contact form longer than 24h ago, you might also want to try to send them an email at luke@meldaproduction.com . Some users have reported that the form didn't work for them.
If there is a way to get MPowerSynth as a stand alone, please share it here since I would be interested in trying it and I already have MSoundFactory

Unfortunately I only took a screen cap without expanding the two plug-in description. Not sure if anyone else who has msoundfactoryLe has a similar offer and is able to see what I’m talking about and post a screen cap as well. Since I already upgraded I no longer have access to the offer.

Okay maybe you guys think I’m nuts but I bought another LE license that I plan to give to my buddy. Okay here is the expanded upgrade offer. So what gives?

I hope you bought this with your buddy's email since there's a transfer fee. Anyway, have you tried to activate MPowerSynth with the same license file that you used for MSF?
Other than that, all you can do is write an email and wait for the answer (and then please share it here

Even though Vojtech visits here every now and then, confusing us with all kinds of stuff..
I still think that the official support email is the best way to reach.. well.. support.

Ya I tried authorizing mpowersynth with same license but said it was for Msoundfactory and failed to authorize.
As for buddy, ya I used another email
I’ll share when I hear back.

Okay so Melda replied. It was a half hearted apology and said mpowersynth was already part of Msoundfactory. I also noticed they fixed the upgrade description to remove mpowersynth from upgrade info. As only owning melda products for a couple of weeks so far I’ve had a couple issues I have not been happy about how they “resolved”. I’m hoping this is not a trend.

What a shitty move. Their mistake so the least they could've done is to give you a license of mpowersynth and then clean the mess.k_sf wrote: Sat Dec 12, 2020 6:30 am Okay so Melda replied. I agree. They could at least have given you the license as an apology for the confusion. Communication and documentation are the worst part of MeldaProduction.
The plugins are great though, so I would recommend that you at least give MSoundFactory a chance despite your frustrations.
