I'm currently exploring MTurboComp, and I'm trying to use the side-chain as input for a band in the equalizer section, but I can't find the option for that.
Is it not possible or am I missing something?
Edit: I figured out that I can use a modulator in follower mode to modulate the gain of a band. Are there any disadvantages compared to using the build-in dynamics section of a band?

Yes, it doesn't seem to be able to use it. To be perfectly honest, I don't even know why I put the EQ there
, but so what, perhaps it gets useful from time to time. You can just put MAutoDynamicEq after it.

The EQ Section and the two saturators basically turn MTurboComp into a channel strip in edit mode.MeldaProduction wrote: Sat Dec 05, 2020 2:10 pm Yes, it doesn't seem to be able to use it. This is a great feature and saves a lot of time while mixing.

Yeah, but I'm poor, so I try to save where I can. If I can get two plugins in one, I'm going to take the opportunity. I also can build a limiter in MTurboComp, so I get essentially 3 for one, which makes me very happy.
I mean, once I find a new job, I'm going to get the CompleteBundle, or at least MXXX, but that might be a while...
