I am having another issue with Waveform 11 for Linux.
There is a recurrent issue when trying to install the "Collective Content" package 1.0.5 (2.2GB) with Waveform's Downaload Manager :
The Download Manager (1.0.6) correctly starts downloading the package but systematically crashes at about 2O% of the work, reporting the message "There was a problem downloading this product".
There is plenty of space on the receiving end, and no error at all with the file system (dmesg).
I wonder whether this could come from Tracktion's back-end server...
Is there a workaround ? For instance a way to fetch the package thru ftp, ssh, http(s) and point the Download Manager to the received package ?
Thanks for any help.

Thanks.
I went and read the all thread. Seems like there are a few different issues regarding the fetch/install of the Collective Content package...
As a workaround, I tried downloading thru the URL found under [Tracktion account]>My Downloads>Free Trials>Collective>Content Installer.
However, the same problem arises, that is the https download crashes after 51MB outof 2.3GB
The google CDN URL found on the discussion thread (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SJeoed ... Xa8YN/view) concerns a package named "Waveform Sampler Content EXP1.zip" with a size of 565MB package, be one fifth of the size 2.3 GB indicated by Tracktion.
As such, is the Google link the correct link to the full "Collective Content" 1.0.5 package, and, in this event, why such a discrepency regarding the sizes ? A contrario, where and how to download the full 1.0.5 version ?
As a musician and 25+ years Linux user & developper (since 1995), I would love to buy the full licence as it is very rare that good commercial products make their way to Linux. For that, it is imperious that the Linux version comes even with that of Windows or Mac.
Keep the spirit high !

Whoops, sorry, misread the subject line. Sent you a link for the wrong thing.
Can you see this page: https://marketplace.tracktion.com/downl ... collective
Then can you try downloading the content with something like curl that can retry downloads?
