Or redo Delphi with the reconstructed ancient pronunciation. At least for the parts of it for which we have strong evidence, like "θ" ("th") and "ϕ" ("ph") being hard and aspirated rather than soft. Makes a huge difference in the sound, especially for poetry intended to sung, chanted, or declaimed. The music of consonants and vowels is a huge part of it.Mikelo wrote: Wed Dec 09, 2020 5:31 pm Big thanks Sonokinetic. I have the Bute Loudness Suite. For me the cherry in their software suite is the standalone loudness normalizer. This is really a brilliant piece of software. You tell it what LUFS you want to normalize to and it just does it. Conveniently, transparently and perfectly.Tricky-Loops wrote: Wed Dec 09, 2020 10:35 pmI'm posting my question again in the hope someone might give me more informations than 2 downvotes for reasons I don't know...Tricky-Loops wrote: Wed Dec 09, 2020 12:39 pm The BUTE Loudness Analyzer Stereo is on sale at VSTBuzz for €29 - is it much better than the loudness analyzer from Youlean![]()
The loudness analyzer, on the other hand, I never use. I do prefer the YouLean meter. It could be that the Bute analyzer does certain things better. But I just never felt that I needed anything the YouLean meter did not already do.

Just put this up on the no chat thread...
Just got this in from Sound on Sound but it seems available to anyone
"INSPIRATA: New Release & Mass Giveaway
Inspired Acoustics has released today its long awaited immersive reverb workstation INSPIRATA, and is giving away its $199 Lite Edition for a limited period of time for anyone who applies, no strings attached."

I'd be interested in what other people think before I go for this.

I saw this posted on another forum. Apparently there is an issue where their download manager is only downloading the macOS installer. Also, this "Lite" version comes with a 9 GB IR library and requires iLok.ChamomileShark wrote: Thu Dec 10, 2020 2:31 pm I'd be interested in what other people think before I go for this.

I played guinea pig and attempted to install Inspirata Lite.
1. It requires the installation of the "Inspired Acoustics Connect" Software
2. It's VST3 only for those who care Edit: and AAX"
3. It is calling for iLok software to be installed. I have the iLok License Manager on my studio computer but not on this system so.....(it may also be calling for a hardware Dongle, not sure didn't get that far)
Uninstall in process.....I'll let you know how hard it is to rid myself of everything I just tried to install.
EDIT: Ok it was possible to uninstall the Inspired Connect software and plugin from the Apps page in Win 10's settings
But it left stuff in App Data Local and this in App Data Roaming:
EDIT 2: and this directly in your account location:
Meh too much hassle and bloat for a reverb plugin....in my opinion. Maybe others will actually get it installed and change my mind but as of now thanks but no thanks.......
Oh and of course you have to set up an account, give up an email, register your "free" product etc.

Sorry there is an AAX version. I don't ever install AAX so didn't mention it I only wanted to point out there is no VST 2 version.
