Please don't abandon this. I use the starting preset a lot as an insert

Not abondoning it!

It just needs CPU optimizations and it's golden :)

Urs, that's good news! I love Protoverb.
Surely there must be consensus by now...

I don't know if it's just my set-up
but I'm unable to bypass protoverb v1.01 from the inspector view

Our VST3 plugins do not connect to that Cubase bypass button for unknown reasons.
You can use the VST2 version instead.

Huh? Unknown? Really? Are you saying the most brilliant developers out there are stumped on this one? Nah…say it ain’t so.

VST3 is a mystery, sometimes. ;)

I'm not involved with plug-in format details anymore, but I think to remember there's a thing where the VST3 bypass feature requires a conceptual feature within the plug-in, which for Protoverb we might not have envisioned before the port.

It would appear that this issue was addressed in (at least) Satin and Colour Copy VST3's in dealing with Cubase's Insert slot bypass buttons.

So maybe not quite the mystery? As a Cubase user, can't tell you how many times that little bug has caught me while using the Uhbik series...where I forgot to load the VST2 versions.

I realize this is a Protoverb thread...but I don't think this is unreasonably off topic.
