Like the MIDI Note knife-tool in FL Studio -- you click and drag the knife and it cuts one note into two. This would be great bc a main workflow for me is to drag in a chord progression MIDI file then slice and re-arrange parts (with a knife tool I can cut at an angle and get different length slices).
