render mp3 1:1?

Hi all,

I am trying to export an mp3 that sounds as dynamic as my actual tracktion project, but I'm having trouble finding the right render settings.

So far, I have the best luck with RMA @ -12db, no normalization. But I'm wondering if there is some workflow to guarentee the gain/clip sounds most like the project? Without RMA the mp3 sounds distinctively "weak".

Any advice on this?
