not for me, I have UHD 55" monitor and I've got the AT5 interface zoomed quite a bit and I'm not sure what didn't translate. Looks the same to me. Fonts are fine.minkray wrote: Wed Dec 16, 2020 5:03 pmdoes it have the blurry gui issue MixBox had upon release? The resizable GUI is great. It has not translated well for the Fulltone collection which I use a lot.

i need to check again . for me, I wasn't able to see horizontal effects in the racks. when i use the fulltone SSTE its the little stomp box in a mixbox interface. i click edit and its a enlarged stompbox and the controls are all blurry. i am not even on a modern fancy monitor.SJ_Digriz wrote: Wed Dec 16, 2020 4:55 pmI'm not sure what you mean here. It has a summing mixer that looks mixbox. But it has racks before and after that mixer that look like ST4 "500" format boxes. It's completely horizontal instead of the old vertical.telecode wrote: Wed Dec 16, 2020 4:47 pm The new racks setup I am not a fan of. It looks like Mixbox -- nothing is horizontal.

On Windows 7 pc, AT5 Crashes Cubase 10.0.60 outright every time I try and launch it plus, only the vst3 version even shows up in the plugin manager though I can see the .dll in my steinberg vst plugins folder . The standalone won't open at all even after multiple reboots, nothing.

Same here, with an RME Babyface Pro.SJ_Digriz wrote: Wed Dec 16, 2020 4:39 pm stand alone is still no go. Just doesn't pass audio at all. I tried windows and direct, but it simply doesn't sync up. I also get the connection dialog every time i open stand alone even though the values are set. So it seems it doesn't think it is setup even though it is.
I have no problems with tons of standalone/VST/DAWs.
It WAS working with AT4 just fine (same EXACT audio settings as I tried in AT5). But now, after going back and forth trying to figure this out, I can't play AT4 OR AT5 standalone now!!
Pissed off now, this was my fear with IK products since the SampleTank 4 fiasco!!
Question: Are we locked to just 48KHz in standalone? Not sure I ever noticed before, but I cannot change sample rate for either AT4 or AT5, no matter what way I try. Yes, I know about project settings, I am referring to Control Panel.

AT4 still runs stand alone fine for me.
EDIT: I run at 48khz anyhow, so not sure if there is an issue there or not.

I am on OS X and Cubase 10.5.x works fine here. I am also running at 48k.

Running at 44.1 and 24 bit sounds good but it had changed me to 96 upon install and the 3 Friedman sounded horrific. Still high CPU on it compared to A4. Mini plexi is a monster once adjusted rates

AT 5 Standalone (Mac High Sierra OS 10.13.6), MOTU 828 Mk II (firewire) interface (latest drivers):
In AT5 Settings, I can only get guitar's audio input into AT5 by selecting in AT5 Settings the 828's Mic/Guitar inputs (which I DO NOT USE) – selecting in AT5 Settings the 828's SPDIF Inputs (which I DO USE to get guitar audio input into the 828, bc. I plug my guitar into an ART Pre-Amp that is connected to the 828 by SPDIF) DOES NOT WORK, no guitar audio goes into AT5; can only get guitar audio into AT5 if 828's Mic/Guitar inputs (which I do not use) are selected as the inputs in AT5 settings.
In other words, in AT5 Settings, the only MOTU 828 input I can select that gets audio into AT5 is the 828's Mic/Guitar inputs – selecting in AT5's settings the 828's SPDIF inputs does not work and does not get audio into AT5. So cannot use the standalone of AT5. Big Bummer. This is not a problem w/ AT4.
Have opened a ticket w/ IK.
Anyone else??

Scale and key/arrow selections are getting jammed up and flukey in Harmonator for me here. No matter what the screen size.
What's the deal with standalone not working? I am not the only case it seems...
The only way I can play AT5 is in a DAW right now. AND it took down my AT4 after a while - which WAS working perfectly in ALL ways before this. This is NOT COOL.

It crashes Cubase as soon as I try and load it every time. Standalone-0 response.ShawnMH wrote: Wed Dec 16, 2020 7:17 pm Scale and key/arrow selections are getting jammed up and flukey in Harmonator for me here. No matter what the screen size.

Maybe its a Windows 7 issue (although IK say it supports Win 7)

I doubt it because it wouldn't make any sense for IK to support it on Windows 7 if it isn't supposed to actually work on Windows 7. Judging by the number of posts concerning AT5 issues, I think a better guess would be it's a "release it now and we'll deal with whatever bugs crop up as we go" issue. I can't say I'm shocked at this. Sometimes new releases are smooth sailing for me and not somebody else. I guess it's my turn now to have issues. I did fill out a support ticket though. Hopefully they'll get it all sorted out soon.
