Hi
I’m trying to transfer a license to another user but the moment I submit the emails, a server 500 error appears. I have tried repeatedly across different browsers too. Please can you have a look?

Tried all those but still nothing, I was hoping he was active here. It says to chase up after 24hours but where to chase if not answering the emails?

They answered every single one of my request in great detail. So maybe they have many requests
right now and you just have to be a little patient.
