Has anyone here upgraded from an EDU license with a normal upgrade purchase?

I bought the 10 Suite upgrade, I have Live 10 Standard EDU version and the serial Bestservice sent a couple of days ago won't register.

It says "you do not own a license from which this serial can be applied?

I emailed Ableton 2 days ago and haven't got a reply, is support always slow?

That’s what I’m trying to do but get that error message.

I purchased directly from ableton both times. I wish I could help you more. I would recommend calling them, which is what I’ve done in the past when I had an urgent issue.

I would hope they had implemented a few newer features - esp from Chromaphone and Objec Delay

I haven't been back in Ableton land for a good number of years now, but considering the long tail of L10 this seems as good a time as any to return. So far it's running surprisingly well under the M1's Rosetta 2. I wasn't expecting that. It's loading old projects more reliably than Logic has been.

As long as you are a v.10 user then you can access the Beta but it may take some time.

v10 Standard or v10 Suite to be precise. (I've seen many disappointed Lite and Intro users.)
