MSoundFactory instrument preset change via MIDI

Is there a way to map instrument preset change to MIDI? I see there is a way to do global preset change, but cannot find instrument preset change.

I'm afraid not. One of the many problems here is that the list is hierarchical and may change... Not sure, will think about that.
