This only happens when you load a new instance of the plugin.
All you need to do is to select the HPF filter and then briefly change either its model or revision parameter. This will activate the module, and it will stay active as long as the plugin is loaded.

And the next update won't be too far away, as we are already working on updates to integrate support for Apple's new Silicon chips.
Ok thanks, but if I have 10 instances in a project and reload the project, isn't it like having 10 new instances after reload? In this case, it would be rather annoying unless I don't understand well...

If every preset used in that song contains the D-HPF module, and if all of them are set to BITE and Revision 1, then yes, you would have to either quickly change the mode or revision, or load a different preset and then come back to that preset.
If the preset doesn't contain the HPF module, or if it's set to a different mode or revision, everything will sound correct right from the start.

It was already happening with version 2.8, so nobody noticed it for about two years.
