The switch would not detract from that. One of the options would be split. As it is.

Mostly I just want fine on the left and bottom, course right and top. :(

From possible wishes, would be interesting to have here so to speak "active" feedback in Resonator section (at high resonance value resp.), "active" i mean - feedback tail not only during pressed key. Though ofcourse current resonance design as well have sense to be, but could be add some optional mode (or switch between resonator types).
And the same thing for filter self oscillation, it works with active note only, would be good to have self-generate ability (again, optionally\additional types).
It's not critical, but could definitely add tasty complexity to the palette especially in drone machine role (as mentioned in a recent thread).

UPD yes i know about Spaces section, this btw done amazingly and exactly what need (for me it's heart of device hehe), but nevertheless

Spaces ist amazjng...

Yep

Could there be a high quality mode that reduces the graininess of some of the modeling?

Yes I requested this too.

I'm afraid that it would neutralize one of his current strengths in the form of low CPU consumption. I think that the author has found a certain optimal balance, but this is already near the line (in certain condition\poly - try to set more than default 4, and adsr release at max). Further - there may be complaints.

Having a high quality mode doesn't stop anyone from using the current one...

Well.. although that correctly too.

Plasmonic is out of this world, best synth of the year for me. So happy when something lives up to the hype.

I actually really like the interface in terms of functionality - so quick to create sounds & assign modulation destinations.

Can't wait to see how it evolves over time, & if Brian comes up with anything else in the future I will buy it for sure.

Brian did write somewhere that he plans more instruments... And talked about doing a sample mangler! Another instant buy for me as a fanboy.
But I think there is only the idea of it. We will see what happens.
I will search YouTube for preset programming tutorials. I really would like to whatch something like this and learn more about programming plasmonic

Amazing.
I expected Plasmonic to be on the metallic side of sounds, but it sounds warm and punchy too. So I bought it.

But: Downloadspeed is down to 2KB/s, so it takes over 2 hours to download the 31,4 MB..WTF?

The demo I downloaded earlier was here in 20 seconds.....

Post

I would retry the download. Mine was not slow

Post

Thanks...After the 5th retry I finally caught a 30-40KB/s stream, took 15 Minutes...Modemtimes.
