Can I authorise Demo ??

Hi there,

Apologies in advance if this is obvious but -

I have just paid for (the authorisation file) Tracktion. I have the Computer Music Demo installed and have just seen on the mail that came with the auth key

"PLEASE NOTE that you need to install the full version of Tracktion (not the demo version) or this key file will not unlock Tracktion"

Does this mean I have to download another 'full' version ?

If so then why did I get a 'machine number' for the demo - I'm confused !!

I have mailed Mackie, but no responce as yet. I'm keen to get this done today as it is a birthday pressie for my daughter.

i'm not sure... but it's not difficult to log onto your mackie account and download the latest version - the minimal version is only about 1.6mb. you should have some details to log-in with in your email.

when you're in you should see a list of products you own, namely Tracktion. click that and it'll take you to where you can download it.

i did think originally that you could just register the demo version... try it i guess if you have the registration key!

My problem with downloading is that my internet PC (Work)has a git of a firewall on it and won't allow the download.

I'll try the demo and see.
