Paulie theme
This thing is huge. I dont like only this - is not possible to enable to track coloring with items coloring for full tracks. Thiis is disadvantage that is little visuall confusing.

This can be solved. A minor tweak to the theme and use the sws extenstion SWS: Set selected track(s)/item(s) to custom color... which specific Paulie theme is it? I currently only have Paulie's Spirit (windows) version and some mods of Paulie theme.
I made a tweak of it here so it can colorize items.

I use a modded version of LCS_Mahina combined with REAPER ReWorked.
Lucas has a number of great themes with extensive layout options.

Lucas has recently re-done Blue Core and I think it is awesome. I gravitate between this, Reaction Dark and Luna SE.
What I look for in a theme is an improvement to my workflow...BIG mixers, usually. I keep hoping for embedded VST GUI's in the tracks and mixers and a large enough mixer to make it usable.

Errr, no. Not all of them are.

Anyways, I cannot move away from RADO v4 with some of my tweaks... I think Voger Design got the contrast perfect on it, while also being super easy on the eyes.

Perhaps not, they're doing the best with the infrastructure / architecture of Reaper graphics. Since writing that I've realized this is the issue with Reaper themes.
The system text font, the buttons, the window lists, the objects, just look old and 90s/early 00s PC days. In my estimation every theme suffers from this and it seems irreversible unless they started again. So not necessarily the fault of theme creators.

These days I mainly use the default Reaper 5 theme,but lately I've been using one of the Janne V themes and I like it a lot...

It looks great but I can't quite get it right on my laptop, either way too small or too big, think WIndows scaling at 125% messes it up.
