intel Big Sur: any quirks?

I'm considering moving on from Mojave, just wondering if there's any reason why Big Sur on an intel machine might create problems?

There is a issue with Big Sur repainting too much of the Application window, causing performance issues. https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/663256

I'm running Big Sur on a high end machine and I don't notice it, but if you have a lower end machine or really complex edits, maybe you want to hold off on upgrading until it's fixed or we find a way to work around.

Thanks, yes, I have edits with a ludicrous track count and just about getting away with it.
